Continuous investment in people, equipment and facilities has placed Wm Hardill at the leading edge in this challenging field. Extensive in-house machining and fabrication facilities, CNC controlled turning, grinding, milling, welding and large capacity dynamic balancing capabilities are housed in a purpose-designed 20,000ft2 production facility equipped with two 5 tonne overhead cranes.
The company has adopted an engineering-led approach to development and manufacture, enhancing existing applications to achieve improved levels of performance and working closely with customers to optimise reliability and longevity.
The experienced production team brings together a rich mix of specialised skills and qualifications, further enhanced by the capabilities of sister company Unisurf, adding a further dimension in terms of advances in surface technologies.
